UTMB Fall 2013

Hello! I searched the site and seen no one made a topic about the people trying to enter in Fall 2013 so here is it :up: I am applying to UTMB for Fall 2013. I've written my personal statement and filled in the application. Now i'm waiting on nursing CAS to receive all my transcripts and to take my TEAS test on Jan. 8. I'm so nervous. How is everyone else coming along?

    Hey guys, I just joined the forum, but have been following it for a couple months now. I am very excited to have been accepted to UTMB for the traditional BSN!!! I just received my acceptance letter on Friday. It was a longgggggg wait, but worth it. So keep up the patience and continue to have faith. Easier said than done, believe me, lol. Well let me know if ya'll have any questions:)

    I called today and they said by the end of the week. I also asked if they were still sending out acceptance letters and they did not have an answer for that.

    What was your science grade? I got a 60% and thats why I think I won't be getting in...

    I have the same stats as Natalie. 3.28 GPA with a 79% on the TEAS. I also have a previous degree in Health with a minor in Nutrition. I haven't heard anything from UTMB yet! So frustrating.

    I also find it frustrating that they tell someone it could be a few more weeks then turn around and tell someone else we will hear by the end of the week. One sounds like we should still have hope and the other sounds like all decisions have been made.

    I called yesterday too and they told me by Friday. I'm so frustrated, got so much riding on this and an apt I could be losing by Friday if I don't get info on acceptance or denial...
