Uta rn to bsn application

I applied for rn to bsn at UTA to start 4/8/12. My application is still under review that's what the rep said everytime i call to check on the status. Told me to keep on checking my email to see if i got accepted. I check everyday and nothing in my email. I turned in my application last feb. 11 and it's now march 27. I'm anxious to know if I'll be accepted or not so I can move on and seek for other options. So frustrated with how they handle admission process as if there's no communication. Does anybody have a feedback about their admission process? How do they pick who gets in? My overall gpa adn is 3.0 and i know i have some prereqs i still have to take.

Admissions is frustrating! It took about a month and a half for me to be accepted in the the AP BSN program. It turned out they never received one of my transcripts and no one informed me. Things were just sitting around for a month. However, in general, it seems their whole admissions process is really slow regardless.

I got admitted about a week before classes began! Then, I realized that not all courses are offered every week plus I wanted to argue with them over accepting three more classes from my first undergrad (which they did easily.) I was accepted for the Feb 25th start date but only started my first course this past Monday...I bet you will hear from them this week so just be ready to move quickly to sign up for classes and pay!

Thanks MBrickle for giving me some Light! I'm patiently waiting.

You applied for April and you are going to start in May?

Oh no! I applied in February. It took them 2 months to complete/decide to accept me to the rn-bsn. Just have to be patient 'coz there's a lot of applicants.

Did you also apply for rn-bsn? When did you apply?

Yes I applied for 5/20. March 26 I put in my application. Guess ill be doing pre reqs elsewhere and start later. I have a deadline

I took some time and looked up all courses through the fall. I then made a schedule of want to take. It helped me plan courses out, along with planning payments. Might want to consider that and sign up soon!

Is any one starting UTA fall of 2013 for RN to BSN

I start September 23rd.

Congrats
