UTA FNP fall 2017

I just applied to UT Arlington for fall 2017 online Cohort. My GPA was 3.6 and I have just 2yrs experience in medsurge. I graduated from UTA and was very ok with the online coursework there. Just wondering if there is anyone else looking forward to joining fnp fall 2017 class and any ideas what my chances are with my GPA and experience?

    Congratulations.Not heard anything yet. When are you starting? I applied on June 12th. Beginning to look into other universities as well. UTA remains #1 option for me if accepted but just applied to Texas Tech and will apply to UTEP too.

    Status still is appl complete pending review by advisor.

    I've bn checking the email daily.

    No I don't live in Elpaso. I live in Kennedale, just 10miles from UTA.

    I'm ready to make the occasional trips to UTEP though if I don't get into UTA.

    My best briend did his fnp at utep two yrs ago and he loved it.He lives in elpaso.

    Again I'm hoping and praying to be accepted at UTA.

    I applied 5/13 and received my acceptance 5/26. I also did my BSN at UTA and had a good GPA. No issues getting in, I think as long as they have room you should get in. There are also multiple start dates so if you don't get in for that date you should get in for another fall date.

    I'm due to start next month and still the bookstore has not listed the books for the classes.

    Have any of you found out what books you need yet?
