USF master's entry-CNL

I just received a phone call this morning from USF! :yelclap:

I was told to expect my info packet in the mail sometime next week. I'm still waiting to hear from some other entry-level MSN programs in the Bay Area, so I'm not 100% set on going to USF yet...

Congrats..Houdini:) I haven't heard anything from thembut have heard positive results from two other schools I applied to....so even if I don't get into USF, I will still be in a nursing program in the Summer. Goodluck.

Ok so I got my big fat rejection letter from USF yesterday...not bummed out, I got into Fresno States ELM program which gives me a nurse educator option and since I already teach college level Math this is a sweet deal. Goodluck to you Houdini, I know you'll kick butt at USF:)

I was wondering when you applied to the ELMN program for Fresno and when you learned of your acceptance. I just decided to apply last minute (deadline is March 31st) and am wondering if I waited too long.

Hi Lizzie, don't worry you are not to late. The deadline is March 31st. I applied in late January and they made an early decision on me only because I got accepted to Merced College AS degree program and I had to let Merced know if I was going or not. Also my acceptance t Fresno is not official, i only just got a phone call late yesterday afternoon so I am pretending that I am attending merced until I get an official letter from Fresno State....which I beleive won't be until mid April......so hang in there they haven't made their final decisions yet......goodluck:)

Fiji Islands: Have you received anything official from Fresno State? Anything stating when orientation is? The wait is driving me . I emailed Dr. Russler and he said they were still reviewing applications. Any info is appreciated

Has anyone heard from USF (Univ. of San Fran) for their Master's entry that starts in June?

Lizzy8: I applied to the Fresno State Entry MSN too. Did you received any email or mail from them? Did Dr. Russler say anything when they will notify of status? Thanks for any info.

No word yet. He said they were still reviewing the files (that was last week). I called the nursing office yesterday and they said they would be sending out notices this week. Let me know if you hear anything.
