Hi Everyone! I hope some of the more recent accepted applicants can help me here. I am applying for the University of South Florida Accelerated BSN for Summer 2012. This is my number 1 school to go to and I am really worried about getting in! Let me tell you a little bit about myself and any advice at all to strengthen my application would be highly appreciated!! I am graduating December 2012 from Towson University in MD. I will graduate with my Bachelors of Science in Chemistry with a minor in Biology and MB3. My GPA is a 3.3 hopefully by the time I graduate it will be a 3.4. I have been a certified pharmacy technician for 2.5 years now. I am planning on volunteering this summer at my local hospital as well. I know my GPA isn't the best and I wish it would have been a lot higher as I have been reading other post about students not getting in with a 3.8 I also was wondering if I would have a better chance getting into the upper division and doing 2 years vs the accelerated program? Any advice would be awesome! I am starting to write my personal essay and I hope to have a very well written paper by the time I turn my application in. Thanks everyone!!!!
