Checking in to see if there's anyone out there!

How did you find out so quickly? Did you submit on 15 October like the rest of us?

Yes, my application deadline was also 10-15.

Did you apply to a MSN program or the direct entry BSN/MSN program? I'm thinking it takes a bit longer to hear back from the direct entry, BSN/MSN program.

I applied to the FNP program- haven't heard anything yet!

I am! I'm starting Summer 2016 with the Acute Care PNP Critical Care Concentration. Full time. Anybody heard anything yet?

I applied for the Adult Gerontology acute care NP program and have not heard back yet- an email that went out said decision by early December and have not been notified with a decision yet, anyone else? I did not have an interview, thoughts?

I live pretty far away and am a little nervous for the big move, but nonetheless am stoked for this opportunity!

I've read in past UPenn threads that some people were accepted without interviews.....

I emailed the director of the acute care np program bc she has emailed me previously- I asked when we could expect a decision.

So, I'm applying for the FNP program full time. It seems like all of you have already submitted your applications. Am I terribly behind the curve? the FNP deadline appears to be March 15 for Fall 2016 matriculation.

I believe a lot of the MSN programs have a start date of summer 2016 i.e Adult-Gero Primary Care, Adult-Gero Acute Care, Women's Health etc. with exception of the FNP program.

Your timing is excellent for March 2016- the earlier, the better (plus, according to their website, it can take up to 6 weeks for your transcripts to arrive at the School of Nursing). I've had a lot of success (not only with UPenn), but with other schools applying wayyy before the deadline.
