If I am a new grad with a BSN and willing to work in any state and any specialty, is it most likely that I have start working as a CNA or LVN or work outside of nursing such as retail? I have a business degree and I had to start at the bottom such as sales and retail.
No, there are many places that hire new grad RNs. If you have trouble getting a job, then working as a CNA or LPN might help you get your foot in the door.
No, my first job offered me 33/hr, another job offered me 37.00 with a 2 year contract. Never worked a day in my life. Now with 7 months experience I was offered a per diem job 46.50/hr. It's possible
