What are the steps to complete this questionQuestion: A child weighing 88lbs is to receive morphine sulphate. The recommended dose for this child is Morphine Sulphate 0.2mg/kg/dose. Morphine sulphate is supplied as 15mg/ml. How many ml should the nurse administer for 1 dose?
What I do is change 88lbs to kg which is 40kg. Then i multiply the weight by the ordered mg. then divide by the supplied mg but my answer isnt correct. Im not sure what im doing wrong
