UCLA summer externship interview tips?

Hi Anyone ever do the UCLA summer externship? What types of things do they ask in a phone interview? How did you get chosen? Did you get clinical hours with patients or mostly observe?

    Hey I had my interview and it wasn't what I was expecting at all. It was with talent plus which I had never heard of before. It was a bunch of questions one after the other and the interviewer didn't really respond to my answers. I would say to have lots of stories in the back of your head that show how you overcame difficult situations etc. And expect a lot of random questions!

    Dumb stuff, nothing to do with nursing. My favs included, "Are you a habitual smiler? Are you addicted to a positive attitude?" I think they were just looking to make sure you're consistent.
