UCCS Accelerated Program

I'm in the same boat...waiting for the phone to ring so I at least know what my next year may hold. From what I can tell, it seems they should start making calls next week. aye yi yi!

Hey guys, I also applied for the Accelerated BSN program. I know they said to expect interview notifications by the end of January, but the anticipation is tough. I guess they really mean the "end" of Jan!! I've been praying everyday to get an interview in Jan and acceptance in Feb/Mar... So exciting though! Keep us posted when you get notification. BTW - Sara: are you the Sara from PPCC developmental PSY class this past fall semester? Good luck ladies, Jermaine

Yup, that's me. I had that and Cultural Anth to finish up this fall. Both were short-session classes, so it was great. I would really just like to know where I stand so I can make some plans! I didn't apply to any other programs, so all of my eggs are in the UCCS basket. Anybody have apps in to other schools? CSU is pretty much on the same timeline. Just curious. I live in the Springs, so I'd be curious to hear from anyone who picked BethEl for any reason other than proximity.

Ok. I got a call earlier today from Beth El to schedule my interview for 1st or 2nd week of February. So excited. Now just one last hurdle...

I got a call today to schedule an interview too. I'm really nervous though. I interviewed for a different accelerated program a few months ago and didn't get accepted. Does anyone have any tips to prepare for this?

Anybody heard anything yet?

I haven't heard yet. I thought they would call this week according to what they told me at the interview. Did they let anyone know the method of contact? (mail, email, phone). She told me it would be no later than the last week of February when they would notify everyone, both accepted and non-accepted.

Got an email (of all things) today. I was expecting a letter on Monday earliest, but perhaps I've seen too many movies with acceptance letters in them. I'm in. I wish you all luck and hope to meet you this summer.

Wooo hoo! I just got an acceptance email this morning to the accelerated program. I am so excited and relieved. Hopefully I'll see you ladies in May, too.
