hi there! my friend wanted to know, what type of visa would her depends have? she's a nurse being sponsored by the hosp in the US. what type of visa will her spouse and children have? is it immigrant still? or K?

If she is getting a green card then her spouse and children will also get green card

her husband is a nurse, so you mean when they go to the US..the husband can automatically work as a nurse also?

He still has to pass the NCLEX license and meet the requirements of an employer. He can work as he will have a green card, the same type that the wife will have.
