I am waiting on my letter requesting the $150 fee for the review process. To bring everyone up to day, I had 2 arrests, both misdemeanors, that were both withdrawn. I provided the petition for Declatory order, my personal statement, documents stating that charges were withdrawn and the cases are closed. One was in 1997 and the other in 2003. I am devastated, completely stressed that my chances of starting my program in August seem slim to none. Is there anyone out there that can give me advice or words encouragement? The BON told me that the time frame is no longer 4-6 months. They made a change this month and it us now 60-90 days which is good news. If anyone out there had had recent dealings with the Texas BON, I would love to hear from you!!! Thanks much in advance!!!
