Just got word that I passed the NCLEX. Was relaxing with the wife, watching a movie. During the story, a husband and wife have a disagreement regarding what they should do. Of course, the wife wanted one thing and the husband another. This sparked a conversation between me and the wifey and at one point I started to laugh. She looked at me like I had lobsters crawling out of my ears. I told her that I realized that my mind was still stuck in the study/test mode. When thinking of how to respond to her original querry, all I could think was...
... A man and a wife were watching a TV show. Which response to the wife's question would be MOST therapeutic?
1. Nod in silent agreement.
2. Ask why she wanted to know.
3....
4....
You know that you've been studying too long when you couch every question in NCLEX format!
Time for a diversion....:selfbonk:

Congrats on passing and for the record I'd go with answer 1 even after the trauma of NCLEX is a distant memory, lol.
