Take your time and read each question slowly you can easily figure the right answer. Taking the practice exams really helped me learn their style of questions and how to reason out the right answers. Good Luck!!!

I am starting to study for Transitions and was wondering if any has used study group 101 notes for this one? I have used them for all the rest of the nursing exams and have been successful.

i read somewhere on the epn not to worry too much about dates. has anybody else found this to be true?

yeah for me it was a lot of theory content and ethical issues. There were also quite a few questions fro my practice exams so it pays the re-study the practice exam answers and rationals. Good luck!! I certainly was not an "easy" test, it's not like review material. Know your delegation-chain of command issues. I got a C. I was glad to pass!! I studied the text and my practice test questions, and I didn't study every day, more so as the exam got closer.

Good luck!! Hope that helped!:D
