There is an F1 visa for students who attend certain courses. I don't know if you can change from a tourist visa to this visa or if you have to apply from outside the US. You would need to be able to prove enough money to support yourself throughout your course.

Sorry, but there is no such thing as a training visa. You are unable to adjust your visa to remain in the US when your visa is expired.
There is no way that you are going to be able to remain in the US and work or even attend school. The F-1 visa for the student is to be obtained out of the US and you need to prove that you have the funds to support yourself completely and not work while on it.
You are going to be hard pressed to also prove that you do not have dual intent to remain in the US; this is actually in violation of US Immigration. For each and every person that does not return home when they come here on a tourist visa makes it that much harder for one to get a visa from your country.
From your other posts, you have been in the US since June or so, there is not going to be anything to do to extend your visa to be able to remain here at this time. You are looking at more than five years for a chance at a green card, and even if you were to find an employer to start the petitioning process, you cannot remain here waiting.
With only a month to go on your visa, it is going to be impossible to get accepted to graduate school in that short of time as well.
Please have a safe journey home.
