Toxic environment

I've been working in this toxic environment for a long time. One of my colleagues has reported me to the nursing board for negligence and other petty things. I'm in a union, they're involved but what can happen? I truly do not think I did anything wrong. The anxiety is killing me and I need some answers. I live in Canada

    Difficult to give you answers without more details. However, you may want to get a lawyer as well as working with the union. Not sure how things are done in Canada, but here in the US, it is always recommended to get a lawyer, not to save your job but to help deal with the Board of Nursing investigation. Good luck!
