Tour and sit down

So a lady in a hospital helped me sit down with a tour of the facility and also scheduled a sit down with the nursing and hospital leadership. She also had me fill out an application because some of the unit managers were asking to see it before the sit down. What should I be expecting? Does it sound like an interview?

Help. I don't know what to think.

    Consider it an interview with SOMEBODY. So be prepared; dress professionally, carry extra resumes, references, etc. Breathe and put your best image out there for them to see.
