Tonight's ER

Anyone watch tonight's (1/15) ER? How'd you like that NICU nurse?

I loved the episode but was disappointed that they would portray a nurse like that as an obstacle that med students have to overcome in their rotations! She was a truly odious woman!

ita i had a nurse chew me out for changing my babys daughter in the nursery once (thought i wAs helping) but she was still not NEARLY as rude as the nicu nurse on ER. I did like how the attending introduced this nurse as the one who will make sure that the med students don't kill or harm the babies. Always the same with ER one step forward two steps back.

I'm not a nurse yet, but I'd love to be one some day. I'm trying to figure out in which branch of nursing I would like to work in. Does anyone work in NICU now? If so, what are you experiences like? Thanks!
