Tom Swifties for you

A Tom Swifty is when the verb or adverb matches the topic of the sentence.  It is a parody of bad writing, a joke. Fun game. These are mine.

My cardiologist is great, Tom said, heartily.

Doc, I need a nebulizer, Tom gasped.

You broke your leg, Tom. The doctor cràcked.

Tom, please get undressed over there, the nurse barely said

Who goes on break first? Let's toss a coin, Tom said, flippantly.

What are your examples?  Related or unrelated to health.
