Tmc crna program

Featured Replies

I did not attend the CRNA program but I worked in the PACU there for five years. What is your question? Perhaps I can direct you to some one to answer it.

I was just kind of wanting to see how they liked it, how the classes were, how instructors are.

It's a very intense three year program. Do not plan on working part time.

First year is classroom. Second year is mostly in-house that requires taking overnight call. Third year they go off-site for stuff like peds etc. TMC is a level I trauma center and all the surgeries are done by CRNAs. As an SRNA you will do a lot of cases.

In addition to learning from physician professors you make presentations to your fellow classmates.

The school has a near 100% board pass rate.

That's very helpful, thank you. I just couldn't locate any reviews anywhere on it so wasn't too sure. I had read through This site working isn't really an option in these programs. I'm still years away from this, but knowing all the info Will help me make better decisions the closer it gets! When you say travel to other sites, most are local? I thought I read they were at least.

Mostly, less than 20 miles from downtown KC.
