Tips for a new grad

Hi all,

I am graduating in a couple weeks with my RN. I am curious what some of you wise nurses would tell a new grad.

What is something you wish you had been told before you were done training?

What program would you recommend to study for the NCLEX?

Thank you!

Anna

I would study from one NCLEX text, and get at least one CD for practice questions. I did Exam Cram for the text and Saunders for the practice questions, but that was a long time ago. Not sure if its still current. I also did a review before I took the NCLEX and thought that was really beneficial.
