Time management worksheets

The nurses on our unit have been filling out time management papers this week. As if we don't have enough to do! What was the activity?, What time did you start?, When did it end? I have so many things to do and I take time to listen to patients, patients families and staff concerns. I know I do alot, and we all do. This is an insult to the hard work we do. I work 3-11 rehab, and we have 30 pts, currently. I pass all the meds, another nurse does paperwork and treatments, sometimes she has so much paperwork that I do all the treatments. I'm also expected to go to other units and help them. What is the reason why management does these work sheets? I know its not so they can see how much work we do.
