time management

I am taking 11 credits right now and having difficulty with time management. I was hoping to get some advice. I am a stay at home of 4 kids and trying really hard to do well in classes,take care of kids and household but slowly drowning. I was curious if you all do anything diffierent or have any tricks to share. How do u all stay a float? I am hoping to get this under control because I know when i officially start nursing school, I will definitely drown. Thanks for taking the time.
