tidbits for teachers

My principal has asked that I post information for teacher's on our wkly school blog. Does anyone know of a good site to go to so I can pick and choose what to inform them on? Safety, health, stuff like that.:coollook:

I don't know of any particular sites, but I do a "Wellness Wednesday" segment on the morning announcements and I just come up with stuff off the top of my head. This week I did slow, deep breathing for stress relief. I have also done a no-soda for a day challenge, nutrition, sleep, exercise, etc. Just basic stuff we all really know but it is good to be reminded. I try to pick things that apply to the kids as well as teachers and visitors, so I keep it very general.
