hey all. just wondering if any other pre-nursing students are interested in studying abroad. i am eligible to apply for the nursing program next spring. (i'd be applying for Fall 2006). ive always wanted to minor in spanish and instead of having to take spanish classes while in nursing school, i can finish the whole thing in a year while studying abroad. my only issue with it is whether i should apply at all yet or will they save my spot if i do get accepted? i want to talk to my advisor about but i thought i would throw it out to you guys first. thanks for your advice!

Studying abroad is my dream but with all my responsibilities here I can not do it. If you have the chance I would go. They will still have nursing schools here when you get back there not going anywhere. I don't know if you are already fluent in spanish but if your not you pretty much have to go live in a spanish speaking only area for a while to become fluent unless your a genious and never forget a thing. Good luck to you.
