The NET

for those of you that took it, did you do the computer test or written test (scantron test)? i did the scantron test. i was 9 point from passing :uhoh21: . i am going to take it again at another school, but this would be on the computer. i noticed that the computer test is 1 1/2 hours but the written test is 4 hours. i wonder what is the difference ?

I was told before I took the computerized version to give myself a 3 hour block of time in order to complete the exam. The 1 1/2 hours refers to the Math (60 minutes) and Reading (30 or 33 minutes-I don't recall). However, there are other portions to the exam that will take up a little more time but are based on your own opinions so they are not a big deal. :monkeydance: Good luck.

We have to take it on the computer, it says to allow approximately 2 hours to take the exam. They didn't tell us what they consider passing but I don't know if that matters since the only people that take it at my school are people already accepted into the nursing program. It still makes me nervous to have to take another test!

The NET at my school is computerized and they give you 3 1/2 hours. I took 2 1/2 just to make sure I did the best I could.
