THE 15 that dont count???

Okay, so if 15 in the 75 questions dont count, and you end up answering all of those fifteen correctly, then doesn't that ultimately "hurt" you performance in the test???

I'm just worried because I have a feeling that the ones I got right will be dropped.

Just need some clarification. Thanks.

You know i wondered the same thing. Sorry i don't have an answer but i would like to know so i hope someone comes along and leaves input.

The 15 in the NCLEX-RN and the 25 in the NCLEX-PN do not count toward your "score". If you get them all right, it doesn't up your score nor does it lower your score if you get then incorrect. Or any mixture of right and wrong.

It does not hurt your performance if you got them all right, partially right or all wrong.

there is NO way to tell which of the questions you had were ones of the 15. Don't worry yourself to death about getting them right or wrong and hurting your test performance. The ones you think you got correct and were "testing" questions could very well have been actual scored questions. Try to think positivly. Remember the odds are in your favor for passing. You have an 85 in 100 chance of passing and those odds are pretty good :)

Yup, I can confirm that CT-Pixies post hit the nail on the head :) Thanks for your informative post!
