Testing Question

My school offers us to be able to take the TEAS V once in the Fall and once in the Spring. I'm currently in AP 1 and Micro. Should I take it in the Fall, just to give myself a chance to study harder for in the Spring? I know I won't have ALL the information, but I won't have ALL the information no matter what I do. The best thing I'll be able to do is just study the study guide for the test.

Anyways, so point blank;

Take the test in the Fall and Spring(60 per test)?

OR

Take my chances, and just take the test in Spring?

Thanks!

Hmmm tough question. Take the test when you feel you are ready so that you do not need to take it again. The test is not at all that difficult although some preparation could boost your confidence.

I don't mean to hijack this thread, but on a similar note: when exactly should one take the TEAS exam? I mean, does your score expire after so long? I'm just starting my pre-reqs, and won't be done until Spring of 2015, but I'm wondering if it's something you do ASAP or wait until you apply for nursing school...?

Well, I'll mostly be behind in AP. I'll have completed AP 1, and Micro. :/ I'll only have AP 2 left. I'm not sure if that's good enough or not.

It's a test you take when you go to apply for your nursing program. :)
