Tele Nurse question

I am a Registered nurse with a BSN and have been working in pain management, however, I had to quit about a year ago for family reasons. I am wondering if anyone has heard of any telephone nursing jobs like telephone triage. Something similar to doctors on demand. I thought I remembered something called Ask A Nurse but I cant find anything about it online. I would really like to find something that I could do part time from home but not anything with insurance or case management. I just love the idea of Telehealth but am wondering if its just for docs and not nurses.

Big systems around me have triage nurses that are at their home. Normally the job postings read something along the lines of "eligible to work from home with 1+ year of experience." In my travels through the medical field I used to want to do this and somehow ended up in case management/your. It's not a bad gig but it can be very boring. There are some companies that'll pay big bucks if you do your for them on the weekend working from home. Another home gig is things like core measure abstraction or quality data abstraction.

I know this is more than you asked but just thought I'd throw some others out there for you.

Big medical systems, think Cleveland Clinic or Mayo
