What are teas?? Im going into lpn school (hopefully) does this apply to lpns???

I am taking the TEAS test myself but for the LPN program in miami. I am so stressed, my test is on Feb 7

Okay, so I was planning on applying for the nursing programs near where I live, but it appears that you have to register to take the teas test about 4 months before the actual teas test... And now I have all my pre-reqs and all set to apply, but no teas test to take... I'm so mad... I was planning on applying for Fall 2007 and now it seems that I have to wait and apply for Spring 2008.

The university near me offers the TEAS once a week, you just have to sign up a few days in advance. I know here in Florida it's also offered at 2 other schools in the state. Even if you have to drive far away, it's probably still worth it get in a semester earlier. Are you sure it's not offered anywhere else nearby?

There's two universities that I know offers the TEAS test, but I missed the deadline... and the spots are filled. But, these universities only offer one TEAS test date per three months it seems. The only thing is that I need to take my TEAS before the nursing application deadline! But, you're right... even if I have to drive far away, it's definately worth getting in a semester earlier... I just need to find a place that is offering the TEAS before the application deadline.
