TEAS Retake. HELP!

Nursing Students TEAS

Published

Hello guys!

If any of you have read my last post, I was in dire need of help. I had a WEEK to prepare for the TEAS exam. I was informed by my nursing adviser last minute that I needed to take the exam as soon as possible. Well as of this past Monday, April 2nd I took the exam and as expected, my score was not great.. I scored an overall score of 65% with a week's worth of studying. I have rescheduled to take it in May and was wondering what I should study for this time around now that I have a bit more of time.

- Will the exam be the same?

- Is it formatted differently?

- What should I study for the most?

If there are any tips or suggestions please let me know! I can need all the help I can get especially in such short time ):

I have taken it 3 times. My third and final attempt was on 3/26/18 with a score of 84%. For science, math, and Grammar, I got the same questions on my second and third attempt. But for reading, I got the same question on first and second attempt. The only difference on my last reading compare to second and first is only that they remove one reading passage and replace it with another. half of the question on math, reading and grammar on my first attempt were repeated on the second and third attempt. For math use this youtube videos and make sure you have the ATI study Manual in front of you because they go by the book.

Thank you so much! I received your email too (:

My pleasure. I wish you all the best of luck.

What I did to practice was download all the apps available for the TEAS6 on Google Play, or what would be the Apple Store on iPhones. They helped a lot and I got an 87.3 on my first attempt today, 97th percentile!
