I am a rn in ks interested in the tcu program. I was wondering if anyone who is a student there could give me their input I am also planning to re-interview at twu pending my ccrn examination. Right now I am interested in finding out as much as I can about either program and possible clinical sites. As well as any advice for study or for the interview process. Currently, I have acls, pals, ect, ect, attended a ccrn review and am studying the materials, taking a refresher a&p and plan to take a refresher chem in the spring and I have oodles of experience. I just cannot seem to score very high on the math part of the gre... it is a time factor for me since I cannot do 45 alg and geo questions in 45 minutes.

Hi there,
I am in the TCU program and could not be happier. When I met the director and the dean at my interview, I knew this program was the right fit for me. They are very supportive and are always available for guidance. We are a new program, but the University has made us feel very welcome on campus. If you would like some details about the program, send me a PM.

Is TCU one that requires applicants to have CCRN before application?

This school now states on its website that CCRN is required, but when I applied (09/03) it was only "recommended." I have an interview in Feb so we'll see if it is that important this go-around!!
