Taking a Break

  • Guides

I haven't said a lot about this but I am currently about halfway through a leave of absence. The reasons are mostly health related but I am not on nor do I plan on going on SSDI (that's rediculously difficult process).

I have had a lot of musculo/skeletal issues that cause significant pain. I am on pain management but that is really only a band-aid. Currrently I am doing about a hour/day exercise in a pool and getting accupuncture twice a week. The results have been great and my garden has never looked better.

The problem is the longer I take off the less I want to go back. I am about four years for minmum SS and don't want to dip into my nest egg if I don't have to.

Just thinking on the keyboard.
