Super Excited: Interview Pointers for Community Medical Center

Dear AN Members:

New Nurse :nurse: No clinical experience other than my clinicals and what I can do while volunteering at the hospital. I just landed an interview for a Med/Surg Float postion. Does anyone have any pointers about interviewing, what to expect, what should I ask. I have a ton of interview experience from being inthe pharma industry (~10 yrs).

Can anyone tell me about Community Medical Center in Tom's River, NJ? Any input is helpful, I was starting to lose hope.:D

Thanks,

Hopeful Future RN

I landed a job there, not the one I had interviewed for but at least they considered me for a position that they thought would be the best fit.... I glad to be on my way to the next phase of my career.

Good luck!!!! They receive a lot of applications I was told by the hr recruiter that's they received two pages of applications for the position they hired me for.

Wow! impressive- I'm glad you got hired! Can I ask you, what is the starting salary?

26.71 for new nurse no experience I am working nights so there is a 5.00 differential. Three months of training.
