Stars hope the medications kicked in and you were able to get stuff done

Tweety that was always a concern for me too when I was on the floor. But I know they happen, especially if there's chaos and technical issues

Got up early yesterday without too much difficulty and went to the church for the donut making. Worked the mixer, making large batches of dough. The good thing was there were only 3 mixing bowls, so when all were filled I would have to wait for the donut fryers to use up 1 before I could make more. My replacement came on time, so I got out a bit earlier than expected. So I was able to stop by the Arboretum

Spent the rest of the morning working on computer issues, was looking into an alert from Google on some passwords being compromised. Ended up having to change my Google password, which always screws up the Chromebook and requires it to be powerwashed and reset. Thankfully I was able to get it working again, although it took some time. Did lose some CEUs certificates but the provider was able to send me copies is what was lost

Rest of the day was ordinary. Had lunch with dad, ran some errands, and exercised

Bit sore today from lifting those heavy mixing bowls. Will be at church as assisting minister, then will stop at the grocery store and do the cooking for the week and exercise. Have been watching a documentary series on FDR on Netflix, has been interesting, includes reenactments as well as interviews

Will be a little cooler today, in the mid 80s

Good evening!

I might have to start watching those historical documentaries that Netflix is coming out with. Seems interesting.

Stars, I would say selling your husbands tools is money for you. Money from Nannie or her husbands stuff no. But I'll mind my business.

They pulled a nurse at 8:30 to cover a sick nurse and they gave me six patients and I was behind the entire day. That's all I'll say. I stayed calms and graceful about it but I was extremely mad, as was the nurse that had to float. Why come in sick and then realize you can't work because you're sick. Anyway that's all I'll say about that.

We went to a "garden arts festival" today. We bought a few plants, a few glass ornaments, and lunch at a cute little Italian place. There was a food truck selling mini donuts and I thought of you, Joe. We stopped at a nursery where I finally found a small dragon statue for my "oriental garden". I am going to place it near a plant I am trying to protect from the dogs. I am still coughing, and so tired. I think I slept 15 hours yesterday, and am working towards that today. I have so much to do and so little energy.

Yes, Stars, I would sell what you can of your hubby's things, especially if you have a ready buyer. Lately, I have used Facebook Marketplace to sell a few odds and ends, or you could look for shops that sell on commission.

Tweety, that really sucks that your staffing is so poor. It's almost as if the hospital is seeing how far they can push until errors occur.

I was just reading a book about Teddy Roosevelt, who was quite a remarkable person. I think I saw the FDR series. FDR and Eleanor were amazing, too.
