Studying for Transitions :(

WOW, this material is really hmmmm . I have no idea how to absorb all of the information. I take the test on January 23. Any help would be great. I am using Study Guide 101 and the content guide. Have read the required readings as well, everything just keeps running together

Have you tried making flashcards with info? Also, check out flashcardexchange.com -- search on "NC7," as Transitions used to be called Nursing Concepts 7 or Foundations of Professional Practice. Also, I recommend the EC practice exams -- worth every penny, seriously. Good luck!

Oh yeah I have done that....a little overwhelming with all of the flashcards for this part! I'm around 200 or so. It just seems everything (the abbreviations etc>) are all so similar. I will continue studying like I have been! I am hoping the other tests content is more interesting for me than this one!

Thanks!

I'm also studying for transitions, my first exam. I am using studyguide 101 notes and the req. text. It's alot of info to cover. I'm hoping to take the ractice test at the end of the month and then the exam the first week of Feb. Hopefully the material gets more interesting, it's SOOOOOO boring. I will be studying for Health safety afte this, hopefully a little more interesting, it's more likely to sink in if it's not so boring!!:uhoh3:

I feel your pain sista!!!

you are testing before me....let me know how it goes for you!!

I thought this exam was the dullest/most boring of the bunch. The others are different.
