  1. The first time I took it I had read through the information 1 time and make a 78. I will take the 2nd part probably Wednesday of next week. I will have a major brain dump after this test....some of it seems so pointless to know for future reference. Good Luck to you as well!
  2. I am taking this test on Jan 23, so my total study time is about 4 weeks. It is just a ton of memorization I do feel more confident though after reviewing the studyguide 101 and doing the practice exams. Good Luck
  3. I will follow up for sure!!! I was I could just lay my head on the information and absorb it all!
  4. Oh yeah I have done that....a little overwhelming with all of the flashcards for this part! I'm around 200 or so. It just seems everything (the abbreviations etc>) are all so similar. I will continue studying like I have been! I am hoping the other tests content is more interesting for me than this one! Thanks!
  5. WOW, this material is really hmmmm . I have no idea how to absorb all of the information. I take the test on January 23. Any help would be great. I am using Study Guide 101 and the content guide. Have read the required readings as well, everything just keeps running together
  6. I just took Health Safety, I am in the process of studying for Transitions. I try to study at least 2 hours a day due to the fact I work full time. If you study the information on the content guide provided by Excelsior you should do ok on the exam from what I could tell with my first exam.
  7. I am in the same boat, I just enrolled as well. I have taken Health Safety before enrollment, I am scheduled for Transitions on Jan 23. After that I plan on taking chronicity and then going in order from there. Good Luck
  8. I just got my acceptance into Excelsior and it said that the FCCA will be given at Pearson Vue, I think a review of 3 assessments-2 hours a piece if I am remembering correctly. Don't quote me on that though.
  9. LOVELY! Thanks so much for the information!
  10. How is Transitions different from the other exams?
  11. This just started on Dec. 1st according to both Excelsior and College Network. I am in limbo waiting for my acceptance so I guess they felt this would be another test to allow prior to complete Admission. Would there be any issue with me taking it "out of order" from the order I was given originally. I thought this would have been one of the last exams I would take.
  12. I am going through College Network and just submitted my application to Excelsior. I passed Health Safety last weekend :) and was told by College Network I could take Transitions while I wait for acceptance. Has anyone else done this? Thanks in Advance Lauren
  13. TittyTatRN, did you work during this 3 month time frame? And why do you not think that the practice exams were helpful? Thanks in advance
