study tips for Nc4

Hi everyone I'm a new member to this website. Currently enrolled in EC and studying for NC4. Any suggestions for merging/condensing all of this material. I'm not looking for an easy way out, I'm just realistic. If I continue to attempt to study/master every single med/concept in the assigned text/content guide I'll never get done. Thanks for any suggestions.

What study materials are you using?

I used the Medsurg Book, College Network NC4 and studygroup101. It was a big help.

I just took NC 4 myself. I thought the test was way easier than trying to prepare for it. I am a crammer myself, so I find myself FREAKING out two days before trying to focus on every little bit of detail. I just kept reviewing the study guide. If I was not confident with some of the diseases/disorders, I referred to my text.

I think study group 101 had a really good break down of ABG's.. Utilize that and "familiarize" yourself with some of the readings. There were one or two questions about that.

Hope that helps!
