Study tips/ideas for those who failed Nclex?

I just found out that I failed the Nclex. I will need to re-take it. I am just crying while I write this. Most of my classmates all passed. I feel stupid and ashamed. Can anyone tell me how you passed the 2nd time for those who failed the 1st time like me?????

Moved to NCLEX forum to elicit further input. There are several threads from those with similar experiences. Good luck.

Don't be so hard on yourself. I've failed twice so I know how you feel. What did you use to study with before

thats how i felt but eventhough i wasnt gona give up my problem are test im not good at them. i passed barely on my fifth try. after 2 and a half years after school i passed. review your weekest, get the NBCNS review i thought it was great from there i started to understand how to select a better answer. then just do practice questions and read the rationale when you get it right or wrong always. use flashcards do online researches i found really great free websites with tons of questions.

I am in the same boat as you. I took my exam on 3/14 and failed. Im using Hursts and taking a course called "ready-to-pass" that begins 4/1. Spend a day or two crying it out. I had a swollen face from all the crying. Im very sad over failing, but all we can do is try again and maybe study differently this time. :). My advice is to do practice questions AFTER you feel strongly in content. :)
