Greetings KRAZYMEX30,
Do you mean the Nursing Informatics certification exam from the American Nurses Association/ANCC? I am not aware of a "clinical informatics" certification exam.
If you mean the NI exam, content outline, reference list of recomended readings and practice questions can all be found in the exam materials you receive once you request an application to sit for the exam.
I can suggest additional resources:
Nursing Informtics, Where Caring and Technology Meet , Ball, Hannah, Newbold and Douglas
and
Nursing Informatics Scope and Standards of Practice, ANA
The NI certification is a national certification exam. The only other nationally recognized informatics related certification that I am aware of is the CPHIMS exam. You can also obtained study materials for CPHIMS in the application packet.
Let me know if I can be of further assistance and GOOD LUCK!
