Depends on what you are currently using. There are a couple of books generally mentioned on here plus a couple of websites. May be worth having a read frist through the threads and see what you find

Kaplan is by far the best.

According to Suzanne, the moderator on this site, the one with the RN BSN MBA behind her name, Saunders 3rd edition and CD is all you need to pass. So far it is working for me. I dont plan on taking this test a 3rd time. Suzannes 2nd tip is good but you gotta complete the 1st tip before she sends it to you. In the end, its up to you. Good luck.
