I also did not pass NCLEX on the first year since graduating. I failed the first time. I felt the same feelings you are feeling. My advice is to keep studying all that you can until your test date. Do your best to ignore the feeling of falling behind while everyone is passing.
It was very hard for me being asked by my friends whether or not I passed. I wasn't sure if I can pass as they did. But I kept on studying and it helped. I ended up passing.

You need to ask yourself what you think is missing. If anything, find a tutor or old instructor. The way I look at it, you have several questions you need to ask.
1) Do I know my content as well as I should? If yes, do not focus on this much. If not, KNOW YOUR CONTENT. You cannot read something and highlight and blindly think you will know it. Ask yourself what something is. Teach it to someone and they can understand you, you got it down.
2)How are you answering these questions? Are you choosing the BEST answers and getting at least 60-70% right? If you can, answer many questions and make sure you are getting most of them right. I did 5000+ before I took NCLEX.
3) Do I know how to pick the BEST answer? If not, know your test-taking strategies!
4) Do I get anxiety which can cloud my judgement? Find ways to de-stress if so!
I wish you the best of luck.
