stipend pay

Does any one know how stipend pay works for Regency Hospitals.. I have been offered an internship that pays me hourly and then an additional stipend that they state has to be paid back if I leave before my 2 year contract ends..so you know if you have to pay it all back or just a percentage of the stipend..They will now tell me until i sign a contract with them HELP!

Welcome!

I think it is pretty dirty of them to not give you a specific answer to your question....which means they can, and probably will, do whatever they wish. The exact details of any contract you sign should be up front and in writing. I would not sign anything that I can't get the details of up front and in writing. It would make me very leery of someone who wants me to sign a binding contract and have them be evasive of details.

Esme is 100% correct. Please do not sign anything till they give you alll the details of your hiring. If they keep refusing to answer your questions move on and try to find something else. If they are this non forthcoming about some simple questions you might someday be in a situation you wish you were not in.
