Stipend while going to school

Has anyone succesfully received a stipend from an anesthesia service while going to class. Im looking to find out where to find something like this local to me, or approaching an anesthesia provider I know. Any suggestions or proven methods of negotiating $ for school??

Read the fine print. Some places make you pay taxes on the money when you start working. I kind of look at a stipend as a sign-on bonus that you are not going to get when you start working. If you can do it without a stipend it may be to your advantange if the wages are higher when you get out.
