How does your facility sterlize camera cords, camera heads and light source cords?

Sterad is optimal, if not available steris. Never autoclave, and we all know Cidex is banned for safety reasons.

We also sterad if possible and steris if not. Typically the only cameras we steris are for cystos. We have enough cameras and cords for laparoscopic cases that unless we have an extreme amount of cases we have enough sterile for the day.
how long are the cords considered sterile when using a stersis?
Our policy is that anything run in the steris is good for up to 4 hours. After that it needs run again. Usually they are run during the previous case, so rerunning is not an issue.
