Step by step guide to NCLEX

Hi everyone,

I'm a critical care nurse in uk and would like to work in usa .

Everyone said go to board of nursing website and apply for authorization to test

Believe me I have been to these site but websites seems maze to me no clear guidance how to apply for ATT.

Is there anyone out there who could guide me step by step and which state is easier to get authorization quicker.

    Should also add do not register with Pearsonvue until you get the ok from the state board of nursing. Also make sure your transcripts show clinical and theory hours in Paeds, Obstetrics, Mental Health and Adult
