Hi, I'm a Nursing graduate from Philippines last 2014, an immigrant here in California. And I've already decided that I am choosing Nevada state for my NCLEX. I really need help for a step-by-step application as a foreign graduate because I don't want to spend or waste money just by doing it wrong. like what I should do first, etc. i need your help please. Thank you. (Any Filipinos here? Who took Nevada for NCLEX) or anyone pls

Please thank this poster for doing your research. I feel certain that the Nevada State BON will give you accurate answers, whereas an Internet forum will give you guesses & heresay.
As a nurse, you should already know to go to the source.

-there is no "Nevada NCLEX". NCLEX is a national exam used by all 50 states plus select US territories
-You don't apply for the NCLEX. You apply for a nursing license by examination as an internationally educated nurse.
-You must demonstrate English language proficiency
-you must pay for your credentials to be assessed by CGFNS and a fee is involved
-Are you a citizen, permanent resident or have a work visa (and therefore a valid US SSN)? Without a SSN you won't be issued a nursing license in NV.
