Hi Everyone,
I have a ways to go regarding my prereqs for science. I plan on completing Chem in Spring, A&P 1 In Summer-extended and A&P II in Fall of 2018. Since applications for STCC nursing school come around once a year (ending on Feb 1, 2018), I won't have time to submit my Microbiology grade during Spring 2018. With that said, is it still worth it to apply to the program without Micro being completed?
By that time, i would have gotten my Associates Degree in a health related major, Completed all but one of my sciences (and at STCC), taken the TEAS VI (and hopefully scored well) and continued to keep my GPA up. I currently have a 4.0. Even if my GPa drops some due to getting B's in the science courses, can anyone provide info on what courses they completed during the time they submitted their applications?
Many Thanks!

You can still apply, as long as you do submit your micro grade by the time the program starts. However, this is not the case for some schools. The school I will be applying allows applicants to submit applications even though some courses have not been completed yet. Let's say you will be applying for fall 2019 start, and taking micro in the spring 2019, but the application deadline is March 1, 2019, so you go ahead and apply. Once you complete your micro late in the spring and submit your grade, you should be fine by the start date of the program.
