Starting CNA Training

Tomorrow is the day I finally start my CNA training. Yayyyyy I'm excited and nervous at the same time. I tried to google what to expect but didn't find much. How was your first day of CNA training?

Congrats! I can't really answer your question because I start my classes on Tuesday and am just as nervous and excited as you! Where are you taking yours? Is it a facility or college? I am taking mine at a LTC facility that offers a paid class and then hires you on. I am nervous as to the class is only 2 weeks before shadowing and working on a floor. How long is yours? Glad to know there are others out there on the same journey as me!!

Congrats to you also. I would love to get paid to take my class and have a job secured. Mines is at a college and it takes about 13 weeks including clinicals and cost me an arm and leg not to thrilled about that as others on here talk about 500-1000. Ummm yea no mines is costing me $2995 smh. There are shorter classes in my area but was afraid of failing in a short period of time.
