Oh no! I hope you can schedule an appt. I will be meeting with the admin rep this upcoming week and hopefully I don't have a problem scheduling a financial aid appt. when are you looking to start?

I am hoping to start in march. I have done everything else up until the financial aid process. The biggest thing was the entrance exam. Are you hoping to start in march too?

I was thinking of attending one of their information sessions, does this degree transfer to any 4 year college?

Well it depends on what college you want to transfer to. Call the college and ask before you take any classes at stanbridge

Hi Adaora,

yes, I'm hoping to start in March as well. I met with the admin rep and turned in my official transcripts if all goes well I should only need two prerequesites to complete there. I'm studying for the accuplacer right now, I'm a bit nervous and about the interview and essay that they ask for. Do you have any insight on that? We're you able to get an appointment with financial aid?

Thank you you for replying!

Hi trebleclefmama,

i know now they are having an info session this upcoming Wednesday. It'll be good to attend one to get more info, ask questions, and a tour. As for transferring that will depend on the school you plan to transfer too. I heard that some schools will honor your RN license but they might have you retake a few classes with them or elsewhere. Just call the schools and ask í ½í¸Š sorry I'm not of much help with that.

I am applying for the next cohort. I'm pretty excited and hoping not difficulty's along the way. Has anyone been accepted?

Hi nursemichele82,

did you end up applying? I've done everything up to the interview -where I was told they're not having any right now :/ so waiting on that and I need financial aid (I have my appt this Friday) 😊

Yes I have applied on Thursday and should hear yay or nay on Tuesday. I had interview and essay . It was not to bad and meet with financial. I am still deciding between stanbridge and west coast. It tough decision as both will take me almost the same time for similar cost as I have many ore reqs completed and transferring into west coast as well.

Yea that's a tough decision, one is an associates and the other a bachelors. I guess you have to look at the overall money and for me the class schedule being I heard west coast makes your schedule every term. And sometimes you have to come in in the morning and back the same night. They couldn't give me an idea of what their schedule looks like í ½í¸• it's also further for me but only you know what's best for you. I was finally able to get an interview appointment for tomorrow with Stanbridge I hope I do good. I'm nervous already but excitedí ½í¹Š I hope I get in, class starts in less than a month! I'm still waiting for them to tell me if I got credit for all the pre reqs that I have its been 3 weeks í ½í¸• did that take long for you as well?

Hi, I've been on here for a long time. I just got news that I've been accepted. Those that have been accepted to cohort 2, I'll see you in a week!
